Our office has the following positions available in York:

Medical Office Specialist (FT)

Qualifications include, but not limited to:

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Checking in and out patients
  • Insurance verifications
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones
Work schedule is four (4) 10-hour days, Monday-Friday. 
 

LEAD SCHEDULER/DATA COORDINATOR (FT)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls & schedule appointments
  • Collaborate with management to assist in monitoring provider and ancillary clinical schedules
  • Develop and maintain appointment scheduling protocols; audit schedule accordingly
  • Check auto reminder responses and handle accordingly
  • Respond to all online appointment requests
  • Point of contact for the website
  • Manage the annual reminder letter process

Qualifications include, but not limited to:

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
  • Demonstrated cooperative attitude toward and with all practice staff and outside agencies/vendors
  • Proficient ability in utilizing time management skills
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated reading, writing and grammar skills
  • Bilingual is a plus

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

ULTRASONOGRAPHER (PRN)

Responsibilities include performing general ultrasound in an OB-GYN setting.

Selected candidate will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Registered by ARDMS
  • 2+ years of experience (preferably in an OB-GYN setting)
  • Experience with 1sttrimester nuchal translucency and 2nd trimester basic fetal assessment is a plus
  • Proficient interpersonal skills & PC skills

Work schedule is as needed.

Our Practice contains an in-house lab and ultrasound services.  Work schedule includes in-house call and office hours weekly.

DESK SPECIALIST (FT)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Work schedule is (4) 10-hour days require mornings, afternoons, evenings and rotating Saturday mornings.  Flexibility in work schedule and ability to rotate through satellite offices is a must.

DESK COORDINATOR (FT)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensures an efficient day-to-day administrative workflow, including day-to-day staffing adjustments.
  • Ensures the consistent delivery of patient centered care and a positive patient experience.
  • Provides ongoing supervision to assigned direct reports including delegating responsibilities and promoting a collaborative effort across the team.
  • Proactively investigates, mediates and resolves complaints between staff, staff and patient/patient families and staff and outside vendors.
  • Demonstrates effective decision-making skills; makes suggestions and demonstrates initiative in executing directed tasks; works effectively under a heavy workload and meets agreed upon deadlines.
  • Proactively works to improve operations; possess and applies the necessary skills and knowledge for the position.

Selected candidate will need to possess the following requirements/skills:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to recognize, evaluate and solve problems and correct errors.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

MEDICAL ASSISTANT (FT)

Qualifications & skills include but not limited to:

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient multi-tasking skills
  • Current certification preferred

Work schedule available is four (4) 10-hour days requiring mornings, afternoons, evenings, and rotating Saturday mornings.  Flexibility in work schedule and ability to rotate through satellite offices is a must!

MEDICAL LAB TECHNOLOGIST

We have a rewarding and challenging opportunity for a full-time Medical Technologist for our busy Level III Lab.  Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • MT ASCP (or equivalent) or MLT ASCP
  • Proficient in phlebotomy
  • QC/QA
  • Proficiency as a Generalist
  • Injection skills, a plus
  • Proficient PC skills

Full-time position (30 hours per week) is Monday thru Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
